- Install a USB 2.0 port on your computer if necessary ($30.00)
- Make an exact duplicate image of your hard drive in case of hard drive or system failure
- We burn the image to CD or DVD for you (these can be kept off site in a safe deposit box for $5 per month) or you can keep them
- Catalog your specific hardware so that in case of a fire or theft or complete hardware failure we can get you a comparable system
- $175.00* for first session + media costs ($2 per CD or $5 per DVD) + parts if needed
- $125.00 + media costs for subsequent visits (recommended every 6 months or after significant changes in system configuration or software upgrades)
(Backup includes up to 25 GB and is prorated at $25 per 10 GB after that)
